WAVE Agility & Strength training memberships offered in a monthly* format. Sessions are specially designed for young volleyball athletes in 7th grade and Up OR playing on a 13's team.

 

Strength and performance training for athletes who desire to achieve success. Aimed to improve exercise technique, promote proper form application and sports injury prevention to further achieve athletic longevity.

Training sessions offered throughout each week following an "open" model for ease of schedule. Sign-up for the preferred class time, based around what works best for you. Any class, any day, just reserve your spot ahead of time (preferred w/in 24hrs).
