Coach Aycock has been working with and training athletes at all levels for 23 years. He is a seasoned Coach with experience at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels.  Additionally, he has been an integral part of the top sports performance centers in the country including IMG, USTA, Velocity and EXOS. At EXOS, he was the first head coach for youth training. With EXOS and support staff, he completed a year-long Olympic project in Beijing, China where he trained Women’s Volleyball & helped their dominant Diving program rack up 6 more Gold Medals at the London 2012 games. Without question, his passion lies in Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) and over his career has worked with 10,000 youth at all levels from fun and recreation to competitive and college-bound.

The WAVE Agility & Strength program powered by SDSC Performance is designed to help young athletes get the proper training and education to help them perform at their best. Special attention is focused on decreasing potential for injury and progressing athletes based on their level of training. The goal of power and performance is built upon a great foundation of strength and stability. Speed and agility are built into each session to challenge the athlete, help with coordination and improve body control.
